Moon Valley Park & Moon Valley Country Club Neighborhoods: Moonlight Cove & Tamarac – Part 1
The Moon Valley community in Phoenix, AZ has it all. Moon Valley consists of many neighborhoods, each with it’s own distinct feature that makes it so great – whether it’s located hillside of either Lookout Mountain or the North Mountain Preserve. Moonlight Cove
Moonlight Cove is just down the street from Moon Valley Park, where residents are known to walk, bike, work out, rollerblade, play tennis, volleyball & basketball on the courts or play soccer on the soccer fields. Families are frequently seen holding a picnic and relaxing, soaking in the mountain views surrounding them.
The Moonlight Cove neighborhood is located at the southwest corner of 7th Ave. and Greenway Parkway, and has winding walking paths and tons of cul-de-sacs, perfect for kids to comfortably play around.
Many of the homes have a private pool and are two-story, with balconies over-looking the backyard. And, the neighborhood is located very close to Mountain Sky Junior High School & Lookout Mountain Elementary School – two excellent schools offering some of the best education in the Valley.

Within this neighborhood you’ll find a community pool, patio area, BBQ area and a greenbelt, where the residents often come to relax and mingle. This is a beautiful area where the vibrant flowers and lush green lawns and landscaping will catch your eye.
Well maintained by the Tamarac Home Owners Association, this neighborhood offers single- and multi-level homes with 2-car garages, with all of the front yards landscaped & maintained by the HOA. No need to worry about yard work in this neighborhood!
Tamarac has 121 patio homes all shaded by mature trees, giving the neighborhood a very peaceful feel. Currently, homes are priced under $200,000 with three active listings.
